I got in extremely late (3AM) and they were there to make an extremely tired person feel welcome!
FYI, I always get a great nights sleep at Hampton Inn.

My truck was broken into. Tools/ equipment worth over $3000.00 stolen. No cameras in the back nor parking lot to make report to authority nor to ensure safety.

It appeared to be a clean facility. I stayed 3 night and never found a working ice machine. 1 out of order. 1 unplugged and the other didn’t work. I had to ask for someone to get me ice each day. I didn’t like that I had to request the room to be serviced. If you are not going to come in the room each day then provide what is needed for the 3 day stay. 3 days and only 2 face clothes for 2 people. I had to search for someone to get more.

Guaranteed.You are correct, the ice machines have been temporarily out and we have alerted our maintenance team who will have them operational very soon. Apologies, however only the 1st floor ice machine was working during this time and now. Yes, the room must be requested to be serviced since we schedule the housekeeping staff and you only have to state your request once at check-in or by conveniently calling from your room. We can service the room but you must ask. We regret that this caused you trouble and you didn't like it.
