Guaranteed.You are correct, the ice machines have been temporarily out and we have alerted our maintenance team who will have them operational very soon. Apologies, however only the 1st floor ice machine was working during this time and now. Yes, the room must be requested to be serviced since we schedule the housekeeping staff and you only have to state your request once at check-in or by conveniently calling from your room. We can service the room but you must ask. We regret that this caused you trouble and you didn't like it.
