I had a reservation for 5 people, when we arrived, I asked for the extra bed to be done, what we got instead, was the linens drop in the bed. So I had to make the bed in order to sleep that night. The second night even though we had housekeeping, the extra bed was not done. They left it undone. Breakfast staff was very kind and friendly!
