Excellent Customer Service

The receptionist and manager provided excellent service. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Whenever there is a complaint or request, they respond promptly and provide customer satisfaction. In general, we like it.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. Our room had an unpleasant odor and did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned—the refrigerator still had visible stains. The entire property seemed worn down and in need of renovations. Additionally, the location felt run-down and uninviting. On a positive note, the front desk staff, particularly the young woman who assisted us, was very friendly and welcoming. Be aware that there is a $25 per night parking fee. I missed breakfast but they did have bacon scrambled eggs looked good.

Good clean helpful staff

Overall good stay, gym was nice, wish they had coffee all day, wish they had some healthier bread options for breakfast, and we stayed for 8 days and got bored of the breakfast other wise good Staff was always helpful, even though it cost extra the cover parking garage was nice because my car didn’t get so hot from the summer sun Pool was okay Room was nice sized We used the kitchen and I guess the air conditioning has some kind of filter because your room doesn’t smell from cooking like another place we stayed that has a wall unit

Nice stay

Our stay was nice for mom and daughters trip. The hotel is in a great spot with easy access to everything. Certain staff were really nice while others were dry. We only had one incident where the vent cover in the ceiling came loose in the living room and was hanging but one phone call to front desk and maintenace came within an hour. Overall we were comfortable and felt safe. I would stay again.

My experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, my room was not ready, and I had to wait for over two hours. To add to the frustration, the reception staff were unfriendly. It's disheartening when the first impression is so negative. I would suggest that the hotel management ensures rooms are prepared on time and provides additional training for the reception staff to improve their customer service skills.

Minor Details: I had to request towels for showering/bathing, there were no towels in the room upon entry. Major Details: It would be nice to be greeted with a smile at your front desk. The toilet was inoperable for flushing adequately/appropriately. Overall, it was suitable for sleeping.
