The property itself is new and looks lovely. Front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was great with some healthy options (fresh fruit and oatmeal plus oat milk). The room itself was not well cleaned. There was no microwave in the room and no additional room amenities that were supposedly offered on request were available (clothes steamer, kettle etc). No complimentary water bottles provided in the room. You often had to wait several minutes for the elevators to arrive.
