We were somewhat surprised to have been put in a room that had a cigarette odor. I did not see an option for smoking/non-smoking when I booked the room.

They do not have enough staff. We walked in to check in and waited alone in the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to show up. ALOS, there are no functioning smoke alarms in the hotel! They are all hanging from the walls, detached. I know, since we had to change rooms once and both rooms had "hanging" smoke alarms.

Bathtub had a leak so we could not shower in the morning. Front desk person banged on our door in the middle of the night, when we answered they just said “oh it’s y’all”, laughed, and left without explanation or apology. A/C unit was smelly, and the outlet near coffee pot was protruding dangerously. When we informed the manager at checkout, and told them we couldn’t even shower, they did nothing. Do not book here!

It was very dirty. There was no attention to clean any space in the room nor in the hotel. The breakfast was terrible. The only one thing positive is the hotel location.

We had stayed at this property before. It is pretty nice. Had a small breakfast. Pool. It met our needs, although the rooms are nothing to brag about. They are okay.

Do not book here 😒 i paid in advance through Travelocity and when i arrived they said they needed to put a 50 dollar hold on my credit card for incidentals. I stayed only 1 day and they charged my credit card 💳 even though i did not have any incidentals and all of the services like the gym and breakfast were closed due to covid.
