Awful lady at the front, terrible to deal with about anything. Not for extended stays. Shower curtains moldy, coin washer "OUT OF SERVICE" and the nice little kiddy-pool had rubber ducky float and tennis ball, but is off limits. Rooms have *no cabinets, drawers, clothing rack, shelves, etc.* and there's not a single thing on any wall... but the wifi was sound and the cleaning ladies and fellow patrons were all nice. Not run by polite or professional people, though.
Rude woman canceled our week-long reservation with NO NOTICE, and shouted that they needed rooms [even though plenty available online], so we were told to pack up and clear out AT NOON (when checkout is 11am) after staying for 2 weeks.
She said the cleaning ladies hadn't been "allowed" in the room (--I work nights and they kindly respected my DND note on the door), but never informed me there was a problem.
Always loved Motel 6 before her. What a terror.
