This spacious home was designed with a little something for everyone, offering comfortable bedrooms, dedicated work areas, entertainment spaces, and room to spread out. The living room is a central gathering space featuring a sectional sofa, fireplace, 80-inch Smart TV, PlayStation, and games—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range, cooking basics, and flows into a separate dining area with table seating for shared meals and conversation.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bath with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms offer queen beds, including one with a dual-monitor PC setup, LED bed lighting, and built-in outlets. A fourth room is set up as a dedicated office with desk, chair, and dual monitors for easy laptop connection, giving the home added flexibility for remote work.

Beyond the main living spaces, the converted garage has been transformed into a home gym with a multi-gym station. Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers an outdoor seating area and fire pit, creating another space to gather and unwind. A long driveway provides parking for up to three vehicles.

From the gaming setup and workstations to the home gym and outdoor spaces, the home offers a comfortable mix of entertainment, productivity, and relaxation for families, groups, and extended stays.

Guests have access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, dedicated office, converted garage home gym, fully fenced backyard, and private driveway parking. Access is provided through the rear entrance using the Yale smart lock. Guests will have full private use of the property during their stay, with the exception of any locked owner or supply closets, if applicable.

We respect our guests’ privacy and offer self check-in for a seamless arrival, but we’re available as needed throughout your stay. We can be reached through the booking platform for questions, support, or local recommendations, and we strive to respond promptly if anything comes up.

A car is recommended for getting around the area, though many neighborhood amenities, including Clear Lake views, parks, and walking trails, are accessible on foot. The home offers driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Guests are a short drive from NASA Johnson Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk, waterfront dining, grocery stores, and major roadways for easy access to Houston and surrounding areas. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

This is a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. Entry is through the rear of the property using the Yale smart lock, and check-in details will be provided prior to arrival. The home includes smart home features and specialty amenities, with a house manual provided for operating instructions. The home is well suited for families, groups, business travelers, and longer stays.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee may apply for smoke-related violations. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and guest count must be accurate. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests must pick up after pets, including in the yard, or an additional cleaning fee may apply. Please treat the home, furnishings, gaming equipment, office setups, and gym equipment with care, and do not move furniture or disconnect electronics or equipment. Use the fireplace and fire pit responsibly and follow instructions provided in the house manual. Please lock doors when leaving, dispose of trash properly, and leave the home in reasonable condition. Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly during your stay. Failure to follow house rules may result in fees, cancellation of the stay, or removal without refund where permitted by platform policies.
