The community driveway is shared and compact. Standard sedans and mid-size SUVs work well. Large pickup trucks and full-size SUVs will find maneuvering tight and may not fit comfortably. Street parking is available directly outside the gate. Up to 2 cars may park briefly at the driveway end for loading and unloading only — do not block the driveway.



Guest Access:

Full private home — 3 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, full kitchen, covered 2-car garage, and in-unit washer and dryer. Smart lock entry, no key needed.

This location is the right fit if you prioritize central Houston access over neighborhood aesthetics — medical professionals on rotation, corporate travelers, event visitors, and groups who plan to spend most of their time out of the house.
