Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
By booking, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume all risks related to your stay, including use of stairs, balconies, decks, parking areas, pools, hot tubs, bodies of water, and outdoor/recreational features. The duplex property was perfect for 9 family members aged 7 to 77. Everything was very clean and the property was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. The host was Fantastic and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Family time
Nine of us came in town for my son's college track meet at the UofH. Having these two units right beside each other made it perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and we hung out in the big unit and everyomne just went to their area when ready for bed. We had ages from 40's-80. So the lay out worked out. The owner Akachi was quick to communicate and made prompt responses and was so accomodating and kind.

Nice property!
This is a nice property with plenty of space for a big group of people. The property is also within 10 minutes of driving distance from almost everything me and my friends did while out there.
