It would of been nice for the Hotel to let you know ahead of time that they charge 58.00 plus tax per night to park your vehicle. Rooms are very small for the price. The pool pictures online make it appear that they have a rooftop pool- they do not-the sun also doesn't reach the pool area until about 4 pm just a FYI. Free breakfast offered was mediocre at best. Bed is comfy. Upon arrival front desk clerk was not present when we walked in- we sat all of our stuff down on a table close to the counter. When she finally came to the front She stayed texting on her phone for 5 minutes before even acknowledging we were standing there and then made us gather all of our stuff and move down to her computer on the opposite end of the counter.

Hotel was clean and new. Check in was easy. Our room was nice. Had to ask for more towels, body wash in the shower and a remote for the TV. Also had a problem with the automatic shades. They wouldn’t close because it was stuck on the window frame. Maintenance came and repaired it. It would have been nice to have had an additional trashcan, tissues and information about the area restaurants and sights to see.

This location was nice and clean. Check-in was easy, and the front desk ladies were kind, warm, and welcoming. However, I did have a minor question on the Saturday before checkout, and the gentleman working the front desk seemed bothered and spoke over me before I could finish my questions. I understand he hears the same questions over and over, but tone is everything. The morning of our checkout, there was an awful noise from 8-10 AM, and we were not able to sleep in.

We were completely disappointed with our stay. The property felt unsafe—people sleeping in their cars out front, road construction everywhere, and loitering near the entrance. We weren’t greeted, and the valet had to direct us to check-in. Although we prepaid through Expedia, the front desk clerk charged us again and refused to honor our confirmation. The room itself was not clean—beds looked slept in, pillows were flat, and walls were paper-thin. We could hear conversations, toilets flushing, and doors slamming all night. Breakfast was another letdown. We were told it was available until 10:30 a.m. on weekends, but when we went at 9:30, there was nothing left—no food, no coffee, not even waffle mix. Staff told us there was simply “nothing to eat.” We expected better from a Hilton-affiliated property. This was not worth the price or the stress. Never again.

It’s brand new, very nice, very clean, nice bar. A bit isolated however, close to congress center but on the other side of a huge parking garage. Would have loved a coffee machine in the room, but at least there is coffee right in front of the elevators at lobby level!
