The staff from 5 Floor was willing to help my laundry while I was running late for my family catching up. Susan was able to provide the solution and she made my staying at hotel very comfortable. Terrible experience, especially front desk office.

Parking area is 500M to the hotel. Bad service and attitude of front desk officer. I never had an unpleasant experience with front desk officer. This hotel should be 2 star hotel, not 4 star or 5 star
