Great hotel, a stone’s throw from the train station. Loved my room, staff were friendly. Breakfast a bit limited, but it’s thrown in. Washing machines and detergent on the ninth floor with a large terrace for drying your togs. Thanks!

It’s 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient. Hotel staff very friends. Hotels offer free wash and dryer which was super helpful. Walk to many restaurants. Would recommend for a quick stay!

Good stay

Hotel is great except that yiu can smell the smoke from other rooms because they have one air conditioning but they will transfer you right away when you request to change room. Food are good and rooms are clean.

Culture

The Hotel was more like a roadway motel. Room door lock to be opened with a normal key, which can be copied easily. You had to close the door not by just closing the door, but press in the button at the room side and close it. This was quite uncomfortable way and feeling. The hardware inside the room needs a bit attention. As the shower had no curtain. Taking a shower means enormous wet floor although there was a bathtub. Room hairdryer didn't work. Had to ask a new one. The service of hotel personnel was quite well. Minus point is that they already call you half an hour before final check out time (12:00) whether you want to buy extra time. Probably it is the culture in Taiwan. Had it a couple of times in Japan, too. All other countries in Asia were easy going, even if you exceed an hour.

The hotel is easy to find as its located close to main station, just a 3 minute walk will take you there. Staff are nice and helpful, just mind that some of them don't speak English. The room I stayed in was spacious. However it isn't that very soundproof around. You'd hear all sounds from the corridor, primarily the often ringing bell from the elevator. Last night I stayed I had some noisy neighbor guests right across my door. I reduced that sound by leveling up the aircon a bit. It's basically a "love hotel" (with two free condoms and some xxx channels) with couples roaming about for short stays.
