Overall fine

The hotel was in a decent location near (not next to) the ocean front. Night market was just down the street a couple of blocks. The front desk was very nice and friendly. They had a great 24 hour snack bar and dining area. We usually like Chinese breakfasts, but this one was not appealing and with limited choices. Our room had a sewer smell, and the sheets felt scratchy and worn.The shower head holder was broken. Overall this place was fine.

Helpful female staff

The lady who helped us with the check-in was very helpful and friendly. She knew that it was my niece’s birthday so out of goodwill, she bought a slice of delicious cake for her. Will definitely come back here again.

The Family Room is spacious and generally clean. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. There is 24hr free flow coffee/tea and pop corns (kids loved it) and cup noodles. Location is quite near the night market.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provides snacks in the kitchen area which is a lovely surprise. Unfortunately the room doesn’t feel very clean. The floor doesn’t seem to have been mopped and you can see shoe prints. The pillow also looked old.

Wonderful stay by the coast

Really beautiful hotel which made our stay in Hualien perfect. Full of thoughtful details like free snack bar area and amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Super close to the Dongdamen market where we can buy food and bring back and eat in the cafe. Enjoy free drinks, milk tea, ice cream, coffee and popcorn. Located next to the coast with free raking in front so it’s easy to get around.

Cute and budget friendly hotel next to the beach

What I like the most is the freshly cooked hot breakfast every morning but do need to get down there early. Milk tea and other drinks and snacks are served 24 hours. The decoration is very chic and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast lady would even cook special vegetarian dish per request. Good location within 5-10 minute walking distance to Dongdamen night market and many other eateries and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Omg - SUCH a cute, clean, and comfortable stay at Tiffany & Co(ast) Inn. Almost everything is Insta-worthy and we got to see fireworks right outside of our bedroom on Monday night (Idk if it's every night or a special occ since we are only staying a night, unfortunately). But we have a view of the ocean and got to watch the sunrise. It really is beautiful. And all of the amenities! The breakfast, snacks, drinks, slippers, fridge, all the little things add up. Thank you! I would highly recommend!

Overall a great stay.

Stayed in the room with balcony and seaview. Pros: facilities and amenities were new, clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly n helpful, free bicycles for rent, 24hr snack bar (instant noodles, biscuits and popcorn), water pressure was good and temperature consistent. Cons: the “seaview” was really nominal/limited as room was on the second floor and was across the road to the sea separated by a bicycle track. There was a panel in the room which only had blinds with no curtains, sunlight came in and lit the room up by 6am (summer time) Note: bed mattress was a tad hard for my liking (personal preference) Overall a great stay.
