Hotel was dirty in the halls, inadequate, old towels, bathtub was slick and no mat was made available and the hotel didn’t provide them. loud. I had to postpone my trip by one day and they did not offer to work with me for the in used day. We will not stay there again.

3 night stay to visit family. Clean room. Needs updating. Comfy beds. Breakfast was really good. A little cold but good. Juice was watery. Staff was top notch. Quiet safe area. Keurig in room was great. Microwave and fridge worked well. Overall I give it 4/5 stars.

We were traveling for my daughter's wrestling tournament and got in kind of late. Once we got into our room, our smoke alarm kept going off because of a dead battery, I'm assuming. I called the front desk and eventually someone came up. They removed our smoke alarm and the. The CO2 alarm started alarming. They eventually just removed both alarms from our room so that they would stop making noise. When the kids woke up in the morning, they wanted to watch TV. Our TV wasn't working. We called the front desk again and by the time anyone came up to fix the TV, we had to leave. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We were only there for about 9 hours, just enough to sleep and shower.

Asked for towels and they didn’t bring them. Had to go find staff next day for towels. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Stained furniture. Walls and door dirty. I bought Lysol and cleaned the bathroom and doors myself. I had to wipe down furniture before use.
