Staff was great! Under renovations but our floor was done very nice. Changed to a Comfort Inn this week. Pool was not done yet. Overall great stay.

Somewhat awkward to get into , Parking tight. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean noisy at night due to presence of kids baseball tourney but we did not complain so that’s on us. Convenient location for our needs. Decent value in Muskoka high season

Great location!

Under renovations but room was remodelled, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We found the hotel to be in a perfect location for us.

Outside of the renovations this is a nice place within walking distance of restaurants shops and stores. After the reno this will be a nice place

It was terrible in every way. Under construction, dirty, no elevator, service was bad. They left the cream and milk out of fridge for entire day. ( extremely hot day in July) The milk and cream that guests have been using for breakfast in the morning. I feel like I waste my money. Not recommend at all.
