We have stayed in the hotel before and didn’t have an issue the first time and the hotel was full for parent weekend
HOWEVER this time it wasn’t. Not a single car in the parking lot when we checked in. God forbid you ask for an extra towel or pillow! The night clerk response was there is 1 towel per guest and three pillows per bed.. well I need 2 pillows and so does my husband.. who puts 3 pilllows on a bed for 2 people?? Oh and I’m a girl so I need 2 towels just for me. It was cold too, but we could imagine the response if we asked for an extra blanket so we bundled up and went to sleep. Walls are thin, you can hear people talking in the hallway, wide crack under the doors so you can see the light from the hall.. shower may or may not work. Not staying there again. Oh and the hallway smelled, the rooms were ok.

I liked that the doors were locked. Did not like bed 3 feet high, I am 5 ft. Breakfast was poor. Very helpful and friendly and it was quiet. Pillows went FLAT as soon as you laid on them. Bed was comfortable but too high. Price Ok for what you get.

Great Value
Pros:Cleanliness, comfort. As a 60+ yr old couple, those are most important to us
Cons:Pool bottom needs repair, but didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool. Water was very clean.
Location:Convenient to I45 and everything in Huntsville.
Hotel was super clean, comfortable bed, pool needs repair, but very clean. Breakfast is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great overall value and would stay there again!

did not get to stay. was told I didn't have a reservation and the hotel stole 84.07 from me for the first night even though they said there was NO reservation. NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND i WILL INFORM MY FRIENDS AND THE GOVERNMENT BOOKING SERVICE ABOUT THE SITE AND HOTEL!!!!
