I believe they still require additional services to be considered a 5 star resort. Providing transportation within the facility would be a plus being that most of the rooms are far from the main building or lobby where the restaurant are located. All in all it was a good place for vacationing.

Very good hotel for Egyptian standard. Food was good. Everyone in the family could always find something they liked to eat. Guests could spread out over several pools beach. That created more quite areas and it didn't feel crowded. Staff was always friendly, especially to kids. Rooms and other facilities were clean. I can recommend the hotel especially for family with kids (small and big kids)

The staff are what make this hotel. They are excellent across the board, from check in to check out. Restaurants were of a good quality, though mains a little repetitive. I asked for decaf coffee at breakfast and some sachets were found for me and I was told to simply ask when I needed more, it really is the little things! The only downsides to this hotel is that smoking is allowed in all outside areas so I think that around the pool and outside dining areas would benefit from smoking and non smoking areas as as non-smokers we found we couldn’t get away. The other thing is the vast amount of plastic water bottles used. It must be thousands a day! There must be a better way to keep everyone hydrated. Other than these little niggles, it is an excellent hotel and I would definitely return.

Slidt hotel og halv dårlig mad men god snorkling

Billederne fra stedet snyder lidt. Stedet er meget slidt og det mangler hygge. Der er ok mange faciliteter bueskydning og de forskellig ude aktiviter er ok. Fitness var også ok. Stranden er fin og man kan snorkle direkte fra hotellet. Dette var super fint. Der priser på massage osv er helt væk. De kræver 100 euro for en time. Maden var dårlig. All inclusive på den dårlige måde med for meget at for dårlig kvalitet. Både de 2 alacarte (som man i øvrigt kun må spise på 1 gang hver) og buffen var ikke særlig godt. Vinen var noget pap vin af dårlig kvalitet også. I buffet restauranten var der så dårlig akustik at vi slet ikke ønskede at sidde inde og derfor sad ude i 18 grader. Det virkede meget cafeterie agtigt uden dug på bordet.
