Old Homestead 1 Beach House - Near Cedar Point, Sports Force Park & Boat Launch

You will feel at home as soon as you step in the door. The house is designed for comfort, outfitted for fun, equipped for relaxation, & conveniently located. Whether you are visiting for adventure (Cedar Point, premier Walleye & Perch Fishing, sports tournaments), for the private association beach, or to spend special time with family and friends, this is the place for you!

There are two living areas so everyone has their own space. The two full bathrooms never make you feel crowded.

There are 2 first floor bedrooms and 1 sleeping loft. Those bedrooms sleep 6 (Master = King bed; Guest Room = Queen bed; Sleeping loft = 2 twins). There are also 3 twin air mattresses for use as well as a Pack-N-Play.

The house is fully stocked. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook. Savor family meals around the large oak table.

Catch the morning sunrise on the front patio or gather out back for al fresco dining & a late night fire.

When you’re not at the beach, fishing, at Cedar Point, or relaxing on the back patio, you have your choice of 4 TV's that are either Smart TV’s and/or have Roku. You will need to use your own log-in’s. There are no gaming consoles nor is there cable TV. Bring your streaming log-in's and you'll have access to everything you have at home.

There is a 2 car attached garage that holds a fire pit, back yard games, a grill, bikes, kayak, and lots of beach gear—all available for guest use. The other side fits a vehicle.

Those towing a boat will love the large 46' x 16 driveway and 1 mile proximity to the Huron public boat launch. The public boat launch, fish cleaning station, pier and lighthouse are within walking and biking distance.

As a bonus, this home has a beautiful, walk-to, private association beach at the end of the street. A beach pass is provided during your summer stay.

In addition, you can enjoy the sand volleyball court or the association park with tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, a softball field and swings. (Use of tennis racquets and pickle-ball gear is included in the rental.).

Stroll to Dairy Queen, Drug Mart, The Gym Berardi's, Marconi's, Sandbar, and a grocery store.

It is also conveniently located less than 12 miles from Cedar Point, Jackson Street Pier, Sports Force Park, Cedar Point Sports Center, Kalahari and Fabens Park.

My wish for you is to have a relaxing visit. This is your time away so that shouldn't mean packing your car with basics: paper products (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper), linens (pillows, sheets, bedding) and general soaps (laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap). I provide all of those for you, not just a "starter pack". A vacation means you VACATE your normal. So come, relax, and just enjoy!

ANGLERS: This fully-stocked house and garage is situated in the premier walleye and perch waters of Lake Erie’s Central Basin in Huron, Ohio - near the Western Basin line. You will be staying about 1 mile from the Public Huron Boat Ramp/Fish Cleaning Station and Central Basin Weigh Station. The 1515 sq. ft. home sleeps 6-9 and includes an attached 2-car garage (one side & garage door remote are available to you during your stay) as well as a 46’ x 16’ driveway for your boat(s). If you have any blow days, they won’t totally blow in this home.
