Adventure awaits in this beautiful home just minutes from Zion National Park

This cozy classic 3-bedroom residential home is complimented by its downtown location. It is within a block to Museums, Antique stores, Ice cream shop, Zion's tour guides, Hurricane community splash pads, Bike tour shop, Mexican and American restaurants. The home is ideal to visit such parks as Zion National Park 23 miles, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake Reservoir or biking at Gooseberry trails. There is plenty of room for extra vehicles or RV's.


Hurricane is known for its beautiful golf courses. The house is only 15 minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Lake Reservoir for amazing water/ATV sports, with plenty of fishing, biking and hiking in all directions. We are conveniently only 140 miles from Las Vegas for a fun night out in Las Vegas and a quick trip back to home base. This home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Zion National Park is just up the road 20-25 minutes.

Bryce Canyon National Park is about 2.5 hours away.

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is about 2.5 hrs. away.

Lake Powell and the Glen Canyon Dam is about the same.

If you are flying in you are about 2.5 hours from Las Vegas and its large airport

There are two lakes about 10 minutes away with fishing and water skiing.

Brianhead ski resort is about 1.25 hour away. Of course, there is snow skiing in the Winter, but they have lots of Mt. biking trails for summer use.

There is a host of Mountain biking trails all within 10-15 minutes.

There is a great Mt. biking shop for repairs or rentals just up the street.

For shopping there is a great market about 1/4 of a mile away as well as two gas stations.

There is a Walmart 10 minutes away and a Costco 25 minutes away in St. George.

There are two golf courses within 10 minutes in Hurricane, (Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow).
There is parking in front for two vehicles, driveway for three and a large space for a trailer or an RV.

• Keep Noise to a minimum, you are in a nice family residential area.
• Keep Peace, don't engage in activities such as, shouting, fighting, playing of loud music, racing of cars on streets or recreational vehicles on street, engaging in outside recreational activities after 10:00pm., or similar activities, Quite time 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Do not interfere with the privacy of surrounding residents or trespass onto surrounding residential properties.
• Do not engage in any disorderly or illegal conduct, including illegal consumption of drugs and alcohol.
• Maximum occupancy of the vacation rental Eight (8) people. Evidence of non-compliance will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Maximum number of vehicles allowed is three (3).
• Absolutely No pets are allowed.
• There is no smoking allowed in this house or on the premises.
• You are responsible for all damaged and missing items. This includes carpet, furniture, towels, pillows, kitchenware, decorations, lamps, remotes, etc.
• Make sure the house is locked when leaving. Check Out Departure is at 11:00am.

Guest agrees to use the Internet only for legal purposes and promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.

Damage and Cleaning Issues: Any damage, missing items/amenities or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to Gubler Development, LLC at immediately. If damage, items missing or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of arrival it will be deemed your responsibility. General maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good condition. A cleaning crew will inventory each property for damage and extensive cleaning. Should there be items missing from a rental unit the last guest to check out will be held responsible for value of missing items.

Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following:

Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated on the reservation confirmation.
Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving of consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. Any other acts which interferes with neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Parties or other large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval. All food should be served and consumed in the kitchen or patio areas. Shoes should not be worn in the condo in order to maintain the carpets. IF, FOR ANY REASON, LAW ENFORCEMENT IS NOTIFIED DUE TO DISTURBANCES EMANATING FROM THE PREMISES OR GROUNDS, THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM $250 CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD PER INCIDENT.

No Smoking inside the unit/property: A fine of $250 will be assessed and you will be liable for extensive cleaning charges for this violation and guests will be required to vacate the property. If there are additional damage or cleaning costs these will be charged to your credit card and/or deducted from your security deposit.

Community Rules: Guest agrees to abide by rules of the community. These rules are posted on the website and are also available in print at the home. These rules may change from time to time.
Cleaning: The property will be inspected and cleaned after each departure. The rental cleaning fee you paid will cover the costs of normal cleaning. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received. Soiled dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and started on the wash cycle, all trash removed from the unit and placed in the garbage can out by the pop machine, sheets stripped from the beds, towels collected and placed in the laundry room and the home generally picked up and ready to be cleaned.

GUEST agrees that any tenant who is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

GUEST agrees that during the term of their stay, he/she will keep the rental clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste; and all pipes, wired, glass, plumbing and other equipment and fixtures in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental period.

GUEST agrees to indemnify and save our company harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the premises by the guest, tenants, or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises. We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss of damage or alteration to the terms of your reservation caused by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays, cancellations, airport closures, loss of luggage, adverse weather conditions, fire flood, or industrial dispute. We cannot accept any liability for failure of public supplies such as water, electricity, internet breakdown or the air conditioning system. Nor for the consequences of the action or omissions of persons who may control or supply main services, or any actions taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority over which there is no control. We cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your vacation. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the vacation property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to exercise care as to your personal safety, and the safety of your companions. Whenever possible, valuables should be left secure and out of sight.
Feel free to use the BBQ. However, please clean the BBQ completely (including utensils) before checkout. If the BBQ isn't clean, there will be an additional $20 cleaning fee taken from the security deposit.

The house is furnished way out of date. It’s functional but shouldn’t be priced same as the newer, more modern places. Even the blankets felt old. But nice, quiet neighborhood. The check in was smooth.

We stayed 5 nights with a group of 6 that included grandparents, parents, and two children ages 2 &7.Easy instructions for entering the property. The interiors are a bit dated, but accurate to the listing and very clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities (plenty of towels, bedding, toothbrushes, oil/spices, etc.) and toys for our kids to play with. The only small complaint about location is that the house is near two busy roads and there is some traffic/large truck noise even at night--it didn't bother me, but my mother who is a light sleeper would have benefitted from bringing a white noise machine.A short drive to Zion and conveniently located to Bryce Canyon. The town had a Walmart and plenty of restaurant options. Overall a good value and a great choice for a group or family!

Great location if you want to do Zion’s Kolob Canyon and the south entrance as well. Quaint house…comfortably hosted the 5 of us. But it’s quaint, meaning old. It’s clean. The host was kind and responsive to our messages.

Perfect stay with city conveniences only a few minutes from some of the best offroad trails.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Hurricane, Utah! The house was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our experience at Matt’s Offroad Games at Sand Hollow State Park. One of the highlights was the charming backyard—a cozy stone patio with a beautiful view of the snow-covered peaks. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.Troy, the property manager, was helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly. His responsiveness and hospitality were much appreciated.Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay near Zion

We stayed here for a week in October 2024. The communication with the host was easy and timely. The house is well laid out, clean with all the amenities we needed. Roomy, with comfortable beds and located an easy 20 mile drive from Zion National Park. We would definitely return for our next stay in the area.

Great location, cute house

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a little loud at night from traffic and a bush that scrapes against the side of the house right outside the master bedroom, and the bedrooms could use better curtains/blackout shades as there is a lot of light outside from the driveway lights. Otherwise it was great, and had everything we needed.

Perfect Location for Zion/Zion Wilderness/Cedar City Areas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Very convenient location. Everything worked great (except the dryer, which was being tended to immediately, so we hooked up a clothesline!!!) Terrific Hosts, nice neighborhood. We would (and probably will) stay at this home in the future. The Main Street Cafe is within walking distance for great food. Reason for a '4' on check-in: key lockbox just wouldn't work for us checking in or checking out.
