2 Night Stay

We stayed for only 2 nights as part of a larger vacation in Utah, visiting Zion, but this place was perfect!With its proximity to Zion and the other parks, this is a great place to make your home base. The home was clean, well stocked and provided the perfect layout for our family of 6. The community pool/lazy river was a great way to beat the heat and the private hot tub allowed us to relax and recoup from a long day of hiking. We would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a stay in southern Utah.

The ONLY issue we ran into is total lack of TOWELS... we even had 2 fewer people in our party than when we booked! With the WONDERFUL pool and lazy river directly across the street (AMAZING!!!) and no towels available for the pool, it was a major issue for showers and pool time. I personally do not travel with towels. So I'm not sure if the idea is that people have their own, but that is literally my only complaint of this property... Everything else was phenomenal.

Great Zion Vacation!

Mike and Rosa are great host. Communication was excellent! The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well supplied and there were even plenty of toys for our five-year-old to play with in the bedroom closet. The amazing pool/lazy river was only a few steps away. The view from the rear deck was gorgeous. One of the best vacations ever by all accounts!

Such a Perfect Place for my Family

We came into town for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, and loved everything about this place. The location is amazing for getting to Zion, close to St. George and other cool spots. The amenities were perfect for our young kids 1-6 years old, and it was exactly as advertised. We would come back for sure!

Fantastic home

This condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The views of the mountains from the back patio and upper deck were pretty amazing. The kids loved the clubhouse pool area (as did the adults). It was an excellent home base to do day excursions to Bryce and Zion. I highly recommend a stay here.

Family Vacation in Southern Utah

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home that had everything we needed. We were able to visit 3 amazing national parks (Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon North Rim) during our stay here. Absolute perfection. Property was clean, stocked with everything you could need (kitchen stuff, towels, games, toys and more). Owner was extremely responsive, offered many recommendations on things to do, places to go and restaurants and answered questions immediately. We traveled with a family of 6 ( 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids) and I truly can't think of a thing that could be improved on. We'll be back if we ever find ourselves in the area again, and will definitely recommend to friends/family.

This was honestly the cleanest most well stocked VRBO's we have ever rented. The location was wonderful, easy to navigate the area. The pool was clean and refreshing in the hot July heat. The amenities in the Condo exceeded our expectations and Michael was super fast to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend!

Look no further!!

This home was amazing! Perfect for a family with kids. We had 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds. It even included toys and a mini arcade game. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. It even had a plethora of family board games. The pool, lazy river and splash pad was a bonus and was located just across the street. The location was great and an easy 20-25 minutes to Zion which includes a beautiful scenic route. Michael was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. One of the best VRBO experiences I have had to date.

This is a comfortable property with a great community pool which offers relief from the summer heat. While the house is 30 mins from Zion the price makes it worth the distance. We would recommend the property to others.

Our family and some friends really enjoyed staying here! The home was set up perfectly for our group of ten. The kids loved the bunk bed room that was fully stocked with toys and games for them! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The pool area was such a wonderful addition. HIGHLY recommend to anyone with a large group.

Beautiful new construction and fully (!) outfitted.

One of the nicest Vrbos we’ve stayed in. Everything you could need. Lots of “spares” in the pantry. A few walking sticks and pool toys in the garage (even a few kid scooters). Upstairs “kid” room was big with dual full/twins. Community pool was busy but if you have little ones it would be great to let them run around in after a long day (spa, lazy river, water feature, workout room). An easy 25 min or so to the park. Like seriously - don’t look any further. Just stay here.

Zion trip

We booked this VRBO in hurricane Utah. It was about 25 minutes from the entrance of Zion national Park. Great location. Grocery store right down the street. Ate dinner at The Stagecoach which was great. Condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated & has a great view off the backyard. We enjoyed the lazy River pool & jacuzzi our last day which was a great way to unwind after 3 days of hiking Zion. Hosts were very attentive to questions & readily available. Highly recommend.
