Holidays under thatch in the Stormstadt Husum 4 STARS ****

Historical turn of the century 1900. Dismantled in 1988 and rebuilt with the historical materials. Due to the history of the house, the clear passage height of the inner doors is 185 cm. There is a second entrance to the garden via a covered terrace.
Bicycles brought in can be found in the garden shed. The house is located
on Friedrichstrasse, which leads through the district of Rödemis.
It is a 5-minute walk to the train station, to the city center and to the port
the beautiful street cafe`s 10 minutes on foot.

Super Unterkunft!!!
Das Haus ist super schön und perfekt für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich gut (Küche, Bad mit Handtüchern, Waschmaschine etc.) und die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. Auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter kann man unter der überdachten Terasse den Abend ausklingen lassen oder man sitzt im geräumigen Wohnzimmer zusammen. Vor der Tür sind direkt zwei Parkplätze, im Schuppen kann man Fahrräder unterstellen und die Innenstadt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Herr Nissen war sehr gastfreundlich und wir konnten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Nur zu empfehlen.
Wunderschönes Haus, Garten und Terrasse. Kleines Manko ist der Verkehr, der wegen einer Baustelle zur Zeit etwas stärker ist. Im Haus ist aber kaum etwas wahrzunehmen.

Wunderbar!
Wurden persönlich von Herrn Nissen empfangen und durchs Haus geführt, Stadtplan mit Erklärungen und Ausflugstipps inklusive. Das Huus Waterkrog ist wunderbar ausgestattet, sauber und heimelig, die Lage perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön aus der Schweiz!

Besonderes Ferienhaus mit tollem Vermieter
Bei diesem Ferienhaus gibt es absolut nichts zum Meckern, das Haus ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand und auch die Ausstattung ist in guter Qualität und reichlich insbesondere in der Küche. Herr Nissen hat uns bei der Ankunft freundlich empfangen, durch das Haus geführt und alle für uns relevanten Bereiche des Hauses erklärt. Wir haben unseren Auffenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein Traum
Haus Waterkrog ist einfach ein Traum fuer alle die im Urlaub Erholung suchen und dabei am liebsten doch alles so wie Zuhause haetten. Mein Mann und ich waren begeistert von der Ausstattung, der Atmosphaere und auch der offenkundigen Liebe zum historischen Reetdach-Haus. All diese liebevollen und aufmerksamen Kleinigkeiten wie Decken auf dem Sofa, Adventsdeko und -Gestecke in Wohnzimmer und Kueche, uvm. Toll! Wir waren mit der Bahn angereist, und ganz geruehrt dass Herr Nissen uns tatsaechlich vom Bahnhof abholte, und uebrigens auch wieder hinbrachte. Praktisch alles ist in fusslaeufiger Naehe im 10-Minuten Radius. Das oeffentliche Streckennetz ist sehr gut ausgebaut, und man braucht wirklich kein Auto um schoene Tagestouren zu machen. Schleswig z.B. ist nur 30 Minuten per Zug entfernt. Fuer Sommerreisende ist die kleine ueberdachte Terrasse zu erwaehnen auf der man sicherlich wunderschoen den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Fuer uns jetzt als Winterreisende leider keine Option. Wenn moeglich, kommen wir sicherlich gerne wieder.
