Logement trÚs agréable

Malgré une météo trÚs mauvaise (04/2019), nous avons bien profité de nos vacances grùce a cet appartement trÚs agréable, sa grande terrasse, sa résidence bien entretenue et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nous avons également apprécié la tranquillité du lieu et la facilité avec laquelle nous pouvions visiter cette petite ßle.

Mooi afgesloten complex met groot zwembad. Appartement heeft een mooie afgesloten tuin en is ruim met mooie keuken, 2 badkamers met telkens een toilet. Goede locatie met 2 grote supermarkten op wandelafstand. Je kan gemakkelijk naar santa Eulalia wandelen, daar zijn veel restaurantjes en een mooie wandelboulevard. Goede uitvalsbasis om met auto het eiland te verkennen, een aanrader!

Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel.De plek is zeer centraal ; de stad en het strand op loopafstand.De communicatie en ontvangst waren zeer prettig.Alle benodigdheden om te koken zijn aanwezig.Ik raad het iedereen aan en als ik weer een accommodatie zou boeken zou ik het weer boeken.Het zwembad is ook heerlijk !!

The apartment was lovely. Was very disappointed that it seemed all residential so there was a beautiful pool but absolutely no sunbeds so we weren’t able to use it for chilling and sunbathing. The sun left the garden at the apartment by 2.30. So if you like to sunbath this is not for you. Absolutely no information booklet in apartment, could have done with info on WiFi code, taxi numbers, places to visit and possibly take away menus. It is within walking distance af Marina and there is a big supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. When we sorted out the taxi number the service from them was excellent. Always got a taxi within minutes. Just disappointed by lack of sunbathing facilities and just a little bit further away from main holiday restaurants and bars. Couldn’t fault the apartment just the location.

Everything you could wish for in a holiday

Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough! It really does have everything you need in a holiday, is so clean, spacious and relaxing. The 2 supermarkets are literally 4 mins away and sell the most amazing fresh food the bus stop to go to different beaches or return to the airport is also only 4 mins away. The harbour is a pleasant walk to many choices of eateries and the pool is like a lake and there is never anyone in it! The gardens are beautiful is honestly just perfect. We loved everything about it! Thank you for being such a kind host we had the best experience!

The perfect place to stay

The apartment is amazing!!!Just as described and shown in pictures.This apt has Just been remodeled with very fancy design and finishes.Location is very quiet, walking distance to supermarkets and to the Marina and Santa Eulalia’s downtown area.Building is surrounded by its own gardens and Pool is climatized and very spacious. Excellent for relaxing after enjoying beach.The apt itself is very comfortable, kitchen is fully equiped with high end brand new apliances.Beds and linen are very comfortable, cabinets and storage have a lot of space.The highlight of the apt is its terrace and patio to enjoy dinner “al fresco” The manager Karina made Communication and the check in process very easy, was very helpfull and gave us advice about places and beaches to explore, she made our stay very pleasent.I highly recommend this apartment and for sure will return next year!!

Comfortable apartment in a lovely complex

The apartment was just as described and was very clean & comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot weather, and the outside space was good, with shady & sunny areas. The huge swimming pool was superb and never busy, a real bonus. The complex itself was well maintained though we found it a good 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. Communication with Andy, the owner and Karina the local representative was easy & they were both very helpful and friendly.

Amazing apartment

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely stunning, it is really big and was never busy.Property manager very helpful in organising airport transfers and hand over of keys even though we landed At midnight. Had a fabulous time and would definitely book again .

Great Apartment, Good Location, Excellent Communication

Ground floor apartment with private garden in a great location with a lovely large communal swimming pool. Clean kitchen and well equipped. Good to see beach towels available at the apartment. Within a 10 minute walk to the fabuolous harbour and shops and restaurants. Supermarket Mercadona only a 5 minute walk away and well stocked (opens daily except Sunday). Owner Andy very responsive to our questions and Karina was excellent during our week long stay. Karina booked our taxi to the airport which was far cheaper than the private transfers (Thanks Karina). Overall a great stay in a lovely apartment and excellent communications from both Karina and Andy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Accommodation overall was good. Great pool although disappointed no ball games etc allowed. Only real problem was BBQ and dishwasher didn’t work. Nice walk into town in the evening with a good selection of restaurants.

Wow. What a beautiful apartment and complex. We absolutely loved our stay at Andy's property

We stayed for a fortnight in May with our two small children and the apartment was the perfect base for enjoying the local beaches, beautiful coastal walks, the playground and of course the amazing swimming pool. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable and the garden is such a huge bonus. Can't wait to come back again next year!

Ideal location

First trip abroad with our 2year old son and we had a fantastic time. The apartment was perfectly positioned in a quiet complex, a nice15mins walk from the heart of Santa Eulalia through the marina. The sea was a couple of minutes walk away, 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk for food/essentials, a playground within the complex and another bigger one next door. We had a hire car and would recommend Cala Pada beach a 10 minute drive away but there are beaches in easy waking distance. The apartment was big and had everything we needed (including beach umbrellas), the outside space was safe and secure for our little boy to run about. The gas bbq made for easy meals when we didn't want to go out. A great rental!
