It would have been nice to be informed at check in that kids can eat free in the restaurant. We ate there after seeing the menu state that kids eat free (in BOLD on the menu, a couple of stipulations but nothing about a voucher), our server also knew we were staying in the hotel. We were charged and rushed right out of the empty restaurant. Couldn’t bother to just check with us? I’m sure most of your clientele are guests at the hotel. And then coming back up to the room with literally nothing helpfully stocked in the suite kitchen. At bare minimum you would think a couple of plates or utensils? Front desk didn’t care. It didn’t seem like anyone really cared about their job in our experience with the staff. Just a sad experience.
