first room that we were given keys for was not cleaned, 2nd room was filthy, the shower was unusable and no pressure at all, a joke! The awful smell of cigarette smoke was enough to give my wife an asthma attack 1 day into our vacation. We slept a few hours and checked out at 6 am!!!! The whole experience was just GROSS!!!!! We will never go back and have left them a horrible review. I can't believe it is not condemned!!!! We are expecting a refund for the trouble and issues with my wife and her breathing!!!

Stunk of stale smoke TV needs replacing , Squiggly lines continually went through the picture Not sure when the coffee maker was the last cleaned I could keep going

There was construction in the building which made it a little challenging to get around, but the staff were informative on how to get to our room. Office person was carrying on a business call. I felt she should have put them on hold and checked us in then continued. I really didn’t need to know about the employment issues.

I guess that you get what you pay for. We were limited on funds, so we chose this motel. When we got to our room, I noticed that we had 2 wash cloths and two hand towels... no bath towels. I went to the lobby to get them (the lady behind the counter was very nice and got them for me.) I got back to the room and discovered there wasn't any toilet paper. My sister went to get that while i took a shower. It looked like our beds had been made, but layed on, and it didn't look like the room had been vacuumed. I wanted to like the motel, but it was not a good experience.

We requested an accessible room, called next day to confirm and upon arrival was told BOTH accessible rooms were down for repair! Later were told the pop machine was out of order, still later discovered no remote for TV. Clerk tried 3 different ones and got one to work all except on-off. Breakfast area was dirty, every table, and floor. no napkins juice empty! Poor staffing or what?
