This Super8 is dirty, bad mattress, no coffee in room. Terrible breakfast. Bathtub was dirty, took long time to get low pressure hot water. Never staying at a Super8 again.

The staff at front desk was extremely helpful! The room could’ve used vacuuming everywhere. TV remote didn’t work. Very noisy between traffic and other sounds at 4am. Overall.. a place to get some rest for the night.

Spider room!

The room was dirty, the bath had mold or dirt on the weird fixtures on the topside of the rims. The fan vent was obviously filthy with dirt and cobwebs. The bottom of the toilet was gross on the grout and peeling or maybe mold? The bottom foot and a half of the shower curtain was orange. I did not take a shower fearing fungus or who knows what? The worst thing was the spiders that were found in my bed. My husband saw big garden type spiders right outside the window and in the small tree. There were several not small but significantly large spiders right outside the window and in that tree. I figured garden spiders were better than black widows so I stayed. Especially since my husband was a jerk and wouldn’t say anything cause he’s a man😳😣 I will never stay at a Super 8 again. I’ve stayed at them before and I knew what I was getting into but this was the last straw!! Pictures following.

Not worth the price

First arrived sink was clog, which they did fix right away, housekeeper never came, we had to ask front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap. Light in bathroom kept turning off while in bathroom, told front desk, never got fix, at one point our key stop working couldn't get in front desk fix it. Staff was nice.

Hotel was fine. We struggled to get our electronic keys to work. Had to go to front desk 3 times to get them reprogrammed. Very frustrating.

The whole experience was not favourable. The clerk at check in appeared high or confused. After we arrived at the assigned entrance, we were greeted by a highly intoxicated man stumbling around the other vehicles before heading into the hotel. People didn’t feel safe. Once we arrived at the assigned room, we found a broken security lock, a stained and cracked sink, burnt out light bulb, a badly corroded shower head with little water pressure, a creaky dirty tub, a recliner with torn seat, an badly damaged office chair. The cleanliness was terrible around the tile , tub and tub surround. The silicone around the toilet was rough. The bed was rock hard. The room was poor lit. And to be a little picky, there were no pen and paper at the desk. The hall way flooring was badly stained and rippled, meaning the carpet in places was not attached to the floor, In vinyl plank floored hallways, there were planks that secured with random screws instead of adhesive. I’ve stayed in many different hotels/motels and Super 8 is one I will avoid
