The cozy interior offers classic rustic vibes with all wooded walls and a wood-burning brick fireplace for those cold nights and a flatscreen Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, and toaster oven. Other amenities include cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, high-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. For summer comfort, the home offers a mini-split A/C system in the living room and multiple portable fans

THINGS TO KNOW
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
This home has a septic system.
There are streaming services available, but guests must log in with personal accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
