Located in Iffendic at the heart of Brocéliande, this 130 m² gîte comfortably welcomes up to 6 guests. You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom, plus a convertible sofa on the mezzanine offering 2 additional beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The living room features a smart TV, foosball table, darts, and board games for children. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine offers a lounge area and fitness space. The gîte provides high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators upstairs, a fan, baby bed, high chair, and self check-in.



Outside, relax on your private uncovered terrace with table and 6 chairs, and a private barbecue. A seating area and sun loungers are available for your comfort. You also have access to shared toys and books for children, a playground, and shared fitness equipment.
