Very pleasant stay

I have a nice stay. The staff is very friendly, room very clean and spaciuos and breakfest very good. What is very much in plus, that guest can use a spearate fitness/gym center, its 800 m from the hotel. As well swimming hall, also by some walk distance from the hotel.

The room was very noisy, especially since it faced the main road. Ask for a room not Racing the main road. Parking is limited to street parking, it’s a hotel parking. The fitness center situation was extremely frustrating. First, I was instructed to download an app that didnt work properly. Then I was given a card to use a different fitness center located about 500 meters away from the hotel. When I arrived, there was no staff at reception, and I discovered I needed a 10 DKK coin to use the lockers. As a result, I had to leave without working out. I spent nearly an hour trying to gain access to a gym. The reception staff were not particularly friendly. Shortly after checking in, I went back downstairs and found the reception unattended. One staff member was about to leave for the day, and when I asked whether someone else would be available, she responded, “How should I know?” Additionally, the hotel had an old, nasty smell. At the breakfast, dirty plates were left at the buffé table, and staff passes several times without removing them. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Horrible -very dirty rooms

Arrived in a room with trash from previous guests, got transferred to another room that also had trash from previous guest around. Lightbulb in the bathroom broken and sadly didn’t get fixed after asking 2 times for it. Very glad I left this hotel

För varmt i rummet. Sängen en queen-size stod mot väggen så det gick bara att lägga sig från ett håll. Sängen var nedlegad och man drogs mot mitten och väckte varandra. Gav dålig sömn. Det fanns mycket få eluttag och de få som fanns var upptagna med TV-uttag, lampa och byxpress. Inga uttag vid sängen. Mörkt i rummet. Det fanns ingen tak-lampa.
