Tolle Lage, herrliche Aussicht
Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen Mieter sind am nächsten Tag schon abgereist und wir hatten eine herrliche Ruhe und Ungestörtheit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Dadurch haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

A lovely week
We spent a great and relaxing week at Carla‘s and Gigi‘s. Our hosts were really helpful and not only told us about good places to eat and visit, but also did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely an accommodation we can recommend, even with younger children.

Très bonne semaine
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Carla et Gigi. Petite maison avec jolie vue et des oliviers dans le jardin. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine partagée. Je remercie les propriétaires pour leurs explications en français et les conseils de visites et de restaurants.

Ohne Meeresblick in den Bergen von Ligurien mit fadem Beigeschmack
Im Grundstück Zu- und Ausfahrt zum Haus über eine mehr als 20% Gefällstrecke mit 2 sehr engen Kurven. Mittelklassewagen (fast 5m Länge) mit Fahrradträger setzt je nach Einfahrtsrichtung vorne auf und bei der Ausfahrt setzt der Fahrradträger immer auf. Schöner Ausblick in die Berge und auf einen Teil der Stadt leider ohne Meeresblick. Enge Zufahrtsstraße durch die Stadt zum Haus. Einrichtung z.T. mit biederen massiven antiken Möbeln. Silikonfugen an der Dusche zum Teil mit Schimmel. Toilettenbereich sehr eng - auch für kleine Erwachsene. Extrakosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strom und auch wenn An- und Abfahrtszeitfenster nicht eingehalten werden. Terrassentür kein Außengriff - schwierig schließbar von außen. Haupttürsicherung (Bügel anstatt Kette) ging bei der ersten Benutzung kaputt, weswegen die Kaution über 200 Euro einbehalten wurde.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir haben alle den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen auf einer Anhöhe - absolute Entspannung jeden Tag im eigenen Garten auf der Terrasse, oft sind wir einfach dort geblieben weil wir es genossen haben. Zur Abkühlung dann mal in den sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr angenehm dort zu sein. Grüße aus Deutschland nochmal an Carla und Gigi. Wir kommen wieder :)

Maison de vacances avec vue sur la vallée, cadre agréable
Séjour agréable, maison avec tout le nécessaire et vue très apaisante. Les conditions d'arrivée et de sortie sont, tout comme le règlement de la copropriété et de la piscine, très strictes et souvent difficiles à suivre avec de jeunes enfants. La flexibilité du règlement est souvent soumis à rémunération, par exemple l'heure d'arrivée et de sortie ( 10 euros de plus si 30 minutes de retard pour le check out par exemple). Nous avons passé de très tres bonnes vacances en Italie

Destination reposante
Séjour absolument magnifique, les hôtes ont été très accueillant et très sympathiques. Un énorme effort de leur part pour converser en français ce qui est très appreciable. CARLA ET GIGI sont à l écoute et disponibles. Nous conseillent bien sur les destinations à visiter. La propriété est très propre et très bien entretenue, un grand respect pour les gestes barrières. Nous avons plus qu'apprecié notre séjour. Piscine au top pas très profond mais couverte en cas de mauvais. temps c'est pas mal on peut profiter de la piscine très propre !

Nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage
Alles bestens. Einzige Empfehlung für Gäste wäre genügend Mückenschutz mitzunehmen oder bei Dämmerung die Terrasse zu meiden, da relativ viele Stechmücken unterwegs waren.

Schöne Lage , schöne Wohnung
Es war 1 tolle Woche Pfingsferrien, leider zu kurz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , Carla und Gigi sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Appartament Giulia gehabt. Es ist alles da für 5 Leute,da wir aber zu 4 waren,es fehlte an nichts. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien mit Kleinkinder perfekt, ruhig mit schönen Ausblick und nicht zu tiefen Pool. Ohne Auto geht gar nicht . Wir haben zwar nicht ausprobiert zu Fuß in der Stadt zu laufen,denke aber es wird 1/2 bis 3/4 stunde dauern. Die Strände fanden wir schöner in der Nachbarstadt Diano Marina, was ca. 8 automin. entfernt ist. Es ist ein wunderschöner Region mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auf jeden Fall sehenswert. Wir haben Zeit auf Villa Lazzarini sehr genossen. Danke.
