Elegant detached villa with a large and beautiful pool surrounded by a garden with lawn, located in the village of Inca in the direction to Selva village.

The house is distributed over two floors, spacious and luxurious inside it has a large living room, next to the living room with fireplace, and on the same floor we have another smaller living room (opposite the main) also with fireplace next to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen with dining room, in turn has direct access to the porch, garden and pool, where there on one side is the Barbecue area.

On the same ground floor there is a double room with a double bed and a large bathroom with bathtub.

From the great living room you can access the spacious and comfortable staircase to the upper floor, which has a large distributor that gives access to a terrace-solarium as well as the three double bedrooms.One of the rooms is the master-suite, luxurious and very spacious, with access to the rear terrace overlooking the garden, pool (10x8x2) and also partly the rustic area of the surroundings.The three rooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside you have private access from the street and which at the same time gives access through the main door of the house surrounded by garden, at the back site of the plot has the rest that is a large garden with lawn, palm trees and trees that makes the whole pool very pleasant and with privacy.

Outside, there is a full bathroom with shower and a barbecue area on one side. For families, it is worth mentioning that the swimming pool has a separate area suitable for children with only a depth of 0.40 cm.

The house is located in Inca in a residential area and within walking distance of the centre of town where you will find all services, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. ....Playa de Muro, the beaches of the Bay of Alcudia or Pollensa, about 20 minutes away by car.
