Great hotel! Room was huge, luxurious and super comfortable! Less than 5 minutes from Incheon airport with free shuttle. We missed the last shuttle and had to take a taxi to the hotel and cost us only KRW7,000. Highly recommend!

From check in to check out - the entire time here was perfect. Much thanks to the amazing staff from gym to pool to bar to concierge workers. We will definitly stay again. It's far from Seoul, so it's not easily accessible. However, it is located very close to Incheon Airport Terminal 1, and it operates a shuttle bus, making from the airport very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and breakfast is also provided excellently. The staff are very friendly, and it's a place I'd want to stay again if I come next time.

It reminded me of the level of hospitality people often associate with the Shilla. The general manager’s mindset and the thoughtful care shown by Manager Lee really stood out. While there were a few minor things, having stayed at many international hotels, this is definitely a place I’d visit again. Guest by801
