You and your guests will be sure to fall in love with the warm wood paneling, wood-burning fireplace, and full kitchen complete with a natural wood bar top, all of the major appliances, and plenty of counter space to prep ingredients. Before a day on the slopes or boating on the lake, brew a pot of coffee and step out to the private balcony or covered patio to breathe in the pine-filled air and plan a full day of fun. When everyone wants to settle down, the mounted flatscreen TV and accommodating sofa in the living room will be ideal for movie nights or catching a game.

There is no better location than this for your next Tahoe adventure, as you will be close to year-round activities and the wonderful local shops and restaurants of town! Come winter, the skiers will love heading just over a mile north to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. When the weather heats up, golfing, boating, swimming, fishing, and hiking are just a few of the activities that will help you soak up that sunshine.

Things to Know
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
