This property is a rel bargain. Looks to be recently renovated, is clean and tidy. Lots of little touches and the staff both day and nigh were very friendsly and couteous. Cute little town as well. Be sure anc check out the Braum's ice cream shop a few hundred yards away.

The owner and employees here are AMAZING! We felt right at home for the week we were there. The breakfast that is included has plenty of options and is abundantly stocked. The rooms are nice and the water pressure is great, too. We definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to or through Parsons, Kansas! We have family in town and will make this our home away from home. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

The place to stay

I stayed in this motel in there beginning and they have always had a fine establishment but over the years it has got better and now is our favorite place to stay. If you what a place that treats you like family. Then this is the lace to stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Express Inn in Parsons, KS, while my grandpa was in transition to a nursing home. The kindness and compassion shown by the staff and owner truly went above and beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check-out so he could rest longer, and even brought him food from breakfast since he's on hospice care and not very mobile. What meant the most to us was how often they checked on him, always making sure he was comfortable and cared for. It's rare to find a place where people treat guests like family, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. We're so grateful for everything they did during such a difficult time. Highly recommend.

Express Inn is awesome! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included. It was just as nice as more expensive hotels we have stayed in, but for a much more reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again!

Extra charges for kids after already paying

We were very disappointed to be charged extra for our kids at check-in. When booking the hotel I entered my 2 kids and their ages. The price I paid for the room should have included all of us as we were all in the reservation. When I checked in they made me pay even more for the kids. I definitely felt cheated. I would have chosen a different hotel for the price I end up paying. Jay was great at breakfast. We liked him and thought he did a great job.

For the first time ever in my life I slept on a hotel bed that was actually very comfortable. So comfortable that I woke up after 61/2 hours completely rested. I also found the staff to be friendly and I appreciated the phone call to confirm my reservation and to make sure I had the best accommodations for me personally. The breakfast was also quite adequate and much appreciated.
