Beautiful master bedroom! I got married and rented this house for a few days. The living room was extremely comfortable to just lay around and relax the day after. Very close to downtown and a couple of bars. Quiet neighborhood too. The house was clean and cozy.

Nice Home in Downtown Indian River

We had a great stay. House was clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 4 plus our Dog. Despite being pet friendly there were no smells or damage related to pets. Recently remodeled so nicer interior decor then in past years when we stayed there. Bug free. Great WiFi and Internet TV packages. We will be staying here again next year for sure.

Beautiful Cottage in a lovely town

Firstly, I have to say that the owner, Kelly, was soooo friendly and helpful and always got back to us with any info and/or questions. Really appreciate her! Secondly, the cottage is so beautifully updated and welcoming. They've done a wonderful job keeping the charm and yet updating to the new amenities. Quiet location, made it so easy to walk our doggies and people were very friendly in the area. River is very close by and easy walking distance to anything in town. Especially the all important ice cream shop. :-) If we ever get up to this area of MI again, we will absolutely look to rent this home again. Again, we greatly appreciate Kelly and all she did to assist us in having an amazing vacation!!!

Great up north location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one slight hiccup, but the owner was very responsive and took care of it right away. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet it was just enough off the Main Street to be quiet. Thx for a great start to our summer!

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

Wonderful, clean house in a nice neighborhood. Great back yard with a fire pit and wood. Very convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream and a fudge shop. Easy walk to the park and river. Easy drive to Mackinaw City and across the Mackinac Bridge.

Great location in Indian River

The cottage was a great place to stay during our long weekend to Indian River. It was comfortable and clean for my family, including 6 and 9 year old boys. It’s walkable to most Indian River shops and restaurants as well as the river and Burt lake beach. I’ll look to stay here again when we come back.

What a great house!

It's small, cozy, sparkling clean and very nicely furnished (including the yard). The location puts you right in the heart of downtown IR, making walking distance trips out of chocolate hunting, morning coffee, restaurants and vacation shopping. We hope to be back next year!

Great Location and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located right in town in a quiet neighborhood
 an easy stroll to the ice cream shop and restaurants. We also did day trips to Petosky and Mackinaw, both are with 30 - 40 minutes. The house was very clean and had adequate space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans for cooking and the unit had plenty of towels. We hit some hot weather so note there is no AC but the attic fan got the air moving. We would definitely recommend this rental.
