It was a nice home you can tell itâs been renovated to look nicer giving the area I seen a few things I didnât enjoy but overall it was an okay stay
I want to preface that my friends and I never felt unsafe. It was not clear we had to park in the alley, but we figured that out. The home is very clean and there are a lot of things at the home already that are very useful, especially when throwing a get together and not wanting to bring a whole kitchen. The home was short on towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. We had exactly 5 towels, 2 hand towels, and either one or two wash cloths. The home I think says it sleeps 7. Luckily there were only 5 of us but 5 girls with 2 or less wash cloths is not enough. There are some home repairs that need to be done. The bathroom cabinet downstairs falls off if you touch it. The upstairs shower handle comes off if you turn it the wrong way. Finally the dishwasher is not secure. The pictures are accurate and it is a very clean home. It was good for a one night stay.
We needed a last minute place to stay just for a night. The location was PERFECT if you need to be downtown. It is on a pretty busy road but being able to park in the garage/driveway area in the alley behind the house worked out great! The rooms are a good size and I love the bright crisp white linens on all the beds! Just makes everything feel more clean. The kitchen is great and spacious and well laid out! If we have any other Indy trips I will definitely book here again!
Everything was clean. All essentials were included, such as body wash, shampoo, paper towels and other little extras. Owner responded quickly. Check in and out was simple and easy.
The property looks like the pictures in the inside. The house is located right on a main road and the traffic could be heard in the front bedroom all night long, including constant sirens from a nearby fire station. The neighborhood is run-down but I noticed most of the city seems that way. There is a large homeless camp down the street. A police officer at the corner gas station told us to keep our car doors locked, which is what made the 2-car garage a nice addition to our stay. Overall, it worked for our one night stay while we attended a game. But Google the address and check out the street view before making a reservation.
House was clean and location was not far from Fountain Square or downtown. The location is up-and coming, so some traffic noise, etc. This is a single-family home, not a condo as listed. The garage was not available for use but there was parking in the back, so not a big deal. It was very cold when we arrived and the heat had not been turned up so the home was cold. It took a little time to warm up. The house was very nicely appointed and recently renovated. Three nice-size bedrooms and two full baths, with a master suite upstairs.
