Kids running up and down the stairs all night so we did not get any sleep. Puke in the hallway that I told them about and instead of cleaning it up they just put a towel over it and left it like that all night. Turns out the kids that were running up and down the halls and stairs all night were the front desk ladies kids. Very disappointing, stay somewhere else if you like sleep and cleanliness.

The hot tub jets were broken and the hot tub had not been maintained (chlorine levels) properly. The pool was VERY cold. It was nice enough, but I would never choose this hotel brand again.

Hot tub was clean. Room was nice. Only thing to complain about was the elevator. It made such loud grinding sounds whenever we went up, made me feel like we were part of Final Destination. Everything else was good. Very busy.

Andy at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The only thing was the phone in the room cord was not working properly but it was ok. Very lovely get away for me and my grandkids.

The staff was very good --polite and helpful. Had a problem with the key cards and the door mechanism. We attempted multiple time to use the cards--often 5 or 6 times to unlock. Maintenance worked on it and the door lock which he fixed but still had problem with the replacement cards. Bathroom was small but sufficient.
