The hot tub jets were broken and the hot tub had not been maintained (chlorine levels) properly. The pool was VERY cold. It was nice enough, but I would never choose this hotel brand again.

Location is just off of the highway with fast food and gas stations close by. Bed was comfortable, nice selection of hot options at breakfast, pool was a little on the cooler side but hot tub was relaxing.

Mostly good but it say no smoking and that’s all I smelled was smoke my room smelled like cigarettes and my kid found a cigarette butt in the room meaning it couldn’t been cleaned very well the receptionist was nice

Didn't like smoke odors, not just cigarette smoke, several strange happenings, police trying to get someone out of room, one group coming in breakfast room very dirty reaching in pastries & biscuits with dirty hands touching several to see which one was bigger, I had ordered a accessible room with shower, desk claimed expedia did not share that information in my reservation ... location was good,

Its an older hotel. Staff was friendly, but some were hard to understand. Hallway floors were dirty. Lights were burnt out in our room. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot was nice and easily accessible. Pool area was decent
