There was trash by the elevator that was there for over 18 hours. No attendant in the lobby area Entire building smelled of over chlorinated water.

The property is clean and the staff is invested in it's being that way. The only negative is the breakfast hours. Being a holiday and the weekend some people like to take a more leisurely approach to having to be up and at'em by 9:30am. The hours should be extended to 10:30am at least. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Thankfully there is a nearby Speedway. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Not very clean. One person working and didn't speak much English. The door between our room and another did not lock and I had trouble comminicating that. Once I did, he adjusted a screw, to allow the door lock to catch, but felt very unsafe.

4 night stay. First room had strong weed smell. Had to beg them to switch my room at 3:15 (check in is at 3, so they had plenty of rooms). Second room had multiple "pincher bugs" (not bed bugs). Also the door to my room only allowed one entry before a new key was needed (told me they would fix; never did). Literally stood outside the door and tried using the same key immediately and would not work. Limited towels available. Went to front desk and only had one towel to give me (this happened twice). Staff was limited on their English and issues were never addressed over multiple days. Had a family emergency on Sunday and would not let me cancel Monday stay at 8 in the morning on Sunday (the day prior to my departure)? They said it had to be 24 hours ahead to cancel; even though check in is not until 3pm? I very rarely give 1 star, but there was multiple issues and no attempt to correct.

The room was nice and bed comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t realize till morning when our water was warm. We really like the shuttle service to the concert at Ruoff Center. That was the best! We will stay here again when going to concerts.

It was ok. We checked in online to make it "quicker at the desk" but when we arrived the front desk was empty with the phone ringing nonstop, then we had to wait while the desk person assisted the person on the phone. Not too big of a deal overall. The room was clean and there was a restaurant within walking distance.
