airport shuttle was very good going to airporit. BUT was terrible upon return. upon landing at airport I tried to call the hotel mulitple times for over 20 minutes and no one answered. I then called the reservation number to have them contact the hotel, they could not get anyone to answer either. I had to get an Uber back to the hotel for my car. There was no one at the desk when I got to the hotel either. this was only 5:00 in the evening. so bad

My room was in need of some repairs for example you had to lean on the door to get it to lock, the bath faucet leaked & it was difficult to get the shower on I thought I was going to break it also the fan options didn't work on my Ac/heating unit. The staff seems nice & the location was convenient.

Staff was courteous, overall a quiet and clean place. Bathrooms could use an updated. Paint, caulking, fixtures seemed old and needing a refresh. Light fixture was missing its cover. Breakfast was nice.

Shuttle does not run 24hrs it starts at 4 a m. Rooms are nice but can use a remodel as well as the bathrooms which are on the smaller side. Breakfast items are on the cheaper side no 1/2 & 1/2 or milk for the coffee only Cremona. No fruit as well.
