Excellent stay

We stayed in room 104 and it was a very nice and big room 2 queen beds and a small sofa bed and we took a pet which the fee for great. The breakfast was really good both morning and loved the heated pool. When we go back to visit will definitely stay there again

Tragedy averted.

The first room I checked into had a door which did not secure. I notified the front desk and left the hotel for meetings. Within a couple hours they put me in a new room and gave me a discount. Thank you

The room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was very nice. My only complaint was the carpet had stains all over it. Breakfast was good. It was a great stay other than the carpet.

This was our 4th stay at this Hampton Inn. As always, the service, breakfast & the room were just what we needed. We did notice that the room & hallways got a bit hot & stuffy; however, the temps outside were also getting close to 100'.

There were very few people staying at the hotel that night. We were give an room right next to I-74 so we heard trucks and cars going by all night. Also, the couch in the room was like setting on a rock.

On the first night of my stay the first thing I noticed was the room door was dirty. As I entered my room the bathroom was immediately to the right and the toilet seat looked very dirty. It wasn’t dirty it was so old and tattered the toilet seat was actually bubbled and peeling. Against my better judgment I chose to ignore the first 2 red flags. As I went to grab the remote to turn on the tv I noticed an ant on the desk. Then I saw an ant crawling on the bed. I called the front desk and asked for another room and the receptionist was helpful but new and said she’d call me back. As I waited I saw another ant crawling on my bed this time I took videos. I also noticed a different type of bug crawling on the night stand between the beds. I did not wait for the return call I picked up all my stuff and went to the front desk. The receptionist was very kind and was able to get me another room. They did upgrade me to a suite but mind you it was already midnight. They still charged me the full price if $167 for the night and did not compensate me for putting me in that disgusting room. They did take money off for putting me in the suite which I do appreciate. But believe me it was difficult to sleep after dealing with the bug situation in the first room. I will definitely think twice before staying with Hampton again.
