Hot Tub Heads-Up
We recommend pregnant guests or anyone who's been drinking skip the hot tub. Safety first, fun second.

Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 10am
We can't accommodate early/late times—our cleaning crew needs the full window to prep the place to Superhost standards.

Pet Policy
Dogs welcome with prior approval ($50 fee). Please keep them off furniture and clean up after them in the yard.

Neighbor-Friendly Hours
Quiet time starts at 10pm. Broad Ripple has great nightlife—enjoy it out there, not in the backyard. Noise violations = $100 fee.

No Smoking Inside
Smoke-free property. Outdoor smoking is fine, but indoor smoking = $500 deep-cleaning fee.

No Parties/Events
This is a residential neighborhood. Max occupancy is 4 guests. Unauthorized parties/events = $500 fee + immediate cancellation.


YOUR HOSTS

We're Superhosts because we care about the details. Self check-in means privacy, but we're always a text away if you need restaurant recs, early coffee spot tips, or help with anything.

For emergencies, call 911 first, then us.


HOUSE RULES SUMMARY

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

We keep cleaning fees low by asking guests to:
- Start the dishwasher before leaving (detergent provided)
- Take trash to the bin in the back gated area
- Turn hot tub down to 100°F
- Lock all doors on your way out
