Our room was very nice and very clean. Front desk staff was very busy, and not especially accommodating. Our room had a balcony. Don’t expect much of a view. It faces the interior of the building which is u shaped. From the balcony you hear the hvac units. It’s pretty loud. Construction around the building seemed to limit access to parking, making valet almost essential.

Great hotel to stay in. Everything was very clean and the food at the restaurant and bar area were delicious. Room was very clean but the only downside is there is very little sink space. I ended up keeping make up and toiletries bag on the nightstand. Otherwise our stay was great!! Walking distance to almost everything. If you’re there for a game it’s super close to every stadium.

Beautiful property! Staff is so friendly, loved the little cafe. They had great coffee. The room was very nice. Super comfy bed. Nice shower. Valet parking is a nice feature. The only thing we didn’t care for was the pool. Too small, but was a nice, clean area with lots of towels.

Pleasant stay

The hotel was great - due to the age of the hotel the room had the old, antique, musty, cigarette type smell. It was clean the staff was great and the fitness room area was excellent. Great location to restaurants and Gainbridge. The bar had a great wine list and the bartender was great.

Staff seemed moody when i first checked in, but it's understandable since they had a guest rush. This is my second time staying here, and the rooms have always been spotless, cleaning crew really cares about keeping it clean.
