Poor check in experience
Unfortunately, it took 3 times returning to the front desk from our car to get a new key when we checked in. The person checking us in was neither friendly or courteous. He could have cared less that we could not get in the building to get to our room. It was really cold and in a downpour. The 2nd night we asked who delivered food to the hotel and this young man just shrugged his shoulders. Luckily a sweet young lady popped out of the back and helped us. She was very detail oriented. The room was okay nothing special. The tub looked terrible and I was looking forward to taking a bath over the weekend rather than a shower, but I had to nix that idea.

Horrible, don't stay
This was one of the dirtiest hotel stays I've had in a while. If it wasn't non-refundable I would not have stayed. The "couch" needed a sheet to sit on, it was that dirty. A refrigerator is included but if you jave anything other than a broken 6 pack or what can fit in the door (or not and) good luck. Had to fill the sink w 6 buckets of ice to keep my small Coleman size cooler of food cold. Went to go soak in the hot tub but even though the door flashed green, could not enter. So no pool/hot tub access l. Be very aware this place is not better than a Super 8 or Motel 6

It was a nice stay. They didn’t bring us clean towels over our stay but we’re given when asked same as coffee. Quiet hotel and clean. Hotel did not accept Visa gift card which we did not know in advance. We could have paid on the Hotels app with it but not on site. We had other means but it wasn’t what we planned on doing. Coffee shop was strange. Big but didn’t offer anything but a pot of coffee. Maybe because it was over the Holidays
