There was no mention that the pool was closed but this was a huge reason we booked this hotel. My 9 year old son loves hotel pools when we go on trips and to not have this for him was not fun and made the trip far less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was good otherwise. Breakfast had a huge variety and we never left hungry. The room was ok. It worked for our family, but wasn't the cleanest with stains on furniture and lacking a deep clean. Our room had the Furnace and AC unit in our room so the noise was so loud at night with constant loud humming. My in-laws room (we had a 2 bedroom suite) was nice and quiet though they said. I would stay at a Staybridge Suites again, but maybe not this particular one.

Pool was closed, which was extremely disappointing seeings the only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice had this been communicated better, or at all. Traffic noise from highway is terrible.
