My room was clean, it was a non smoking room but it smells something very unpleasant. The tap in the bathtub was leaking and the timer by the stove was broken so the stove was basically useless.

Roaches in room, floor coming up especially in bathroom where the roaches were. Walls are thin and you can hear tvs in other rooms all night. Refusal to give a refund after cancelling even with a legitimate concern. No one available at front desk and even absent at times they're supposed to be there. Location is in a ghetto looking area. Stench of cigarettes and marijuana in the air. Room TV remote didn't work. No breakfast. Vending machines expensive.
