The night we almost had to sleep in the car

The hotel itself was kinda Dirty but i've seen a lot worse. I will say that the gentleman working the desk that night Really help me out.My reservation was all messed up and I almost ended up having to sleep in my car woth my family.buy the gentleman went above and beond to help me out and get me into a room.thsnks man. I'm really sorry.I forgot your name.I know it started with an s. But thank you from the bottom on my heart

The lobby smelled bad i also booked for a king size bed they gave me a double bed granted it was only one night oh and they charge $125 deposit but it is refundable

Low shower pressure. Mold on ceiling of shower. Bathroom sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. Complained to front desk about bed feeling like it was slipping off frame or very worn out. He came and shoved the mattress over, mattress still felt like it was sliding off. Had to be very careful not to slide off onto the floor. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Charged us a $125 deposit and then only refunded 120 back. When I called they said it’s a transaction fee but no where did it say they had a $5 transaction fee
