Designed for large groups, our spacious abode comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests, with over 3,600 square feet of living space on a sprawling 1/3-acre lot. The fully furnished villa features 6 generously sized bedrooms, a cozy den, and 3.5 baths, along with a 3-car garage and a 3-car driveway, providing ample parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

Step into our gourmet kitchen with a farmer's style sink, fully equipped to cater to your culinary desires. The formal dining area features a custom ceiling treatment and a rustic chandelier designed by a local artist, adding a touch of rustic charm to your dining experience. The spacious great room boasts plenty of seating and a stunning custom fireplace wall, perfect for cozy gatherings. The den/lodge is a special hideaway where the young ones can claim as their private cool hangout, adding a playful touch to your stay. The centrally located and well-stocked laundry room adds convenience to your stay.

The pool bar, complete with a circular sunken fire pit, is the heart of the entertainment, providing seating for the entire group to gather and make memories. Two luxurious and cozy cabanas, along with four hammock chairs, invite you to curl up and relax as you gaze into the beautiful blue skies and enjoy the serene night. Cook up a storm in the outdoor natural gas-powered Blackstone BBQ flat skillet griddle and dine under the stars at our custom dining table with seating for 14, creating unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

Our home is ideally located in the prestigious gated community of Montage @ Santa Rosa, in the heart of the Coachella Valley. A short 10-minute walk will take you to the front door of the Indio Polo Grounds, where you can catch amazing Polo Matches and local events, including the renowned Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. Within a few minutes' drive, you can explore local casinos, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, Palm Desert, Downtown Palm Springs, and other surrounding desert cities, offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options year-round.

1) Outdoor heating services are A la Carte: Pool Heating, Spa Heating and Fire Pit are additional services provided by request only, fee applies. Pool heat is provided at 80 degrees. Spa heating is provided at 100 degrees by default and can be adjusted to max 104 or reduced as desired. Fees for added services are provided in our rental agreement or by inquiring prior to booking. *** (Please Note that HOT SPA is not a JACUZZI and will not bubble at the surface. Rather the jets are pointed forward and you will feel the pressure only when your back is against one of the jets. All-inclusive bookings with previously provided services have been discontinued for now and all previously booked reservations completed prior to 3/3/23 will be honored per booking offers and details available at time of booking) *We offer free BBQ use year-round. Both services can be added by request as an extra service and fee will apply.

2) Booking guest must sign a rental agreement prior to taking occupancy. Must be 25 y/o minimum. Booking guest shall be responsible for property and all guest/occupants during reservation period. Rental Agreement requires that booking guest to provide a valid picture identification card and a credit card. No charges will be administered directly for any cases covered by Booking Platform policy. Only cases not covered under Booking Platform policy will be considered chargeable.

3) No Smoking permitted. (Violation of this rule will automatically forfeit security deposit amount)

4) Pets Permitted. with Approval only. You must disclose this at time of booking or 72 hours prior to arrival ($250 per pet fee, two pet maximum, 25 lbs Pet max size, $500 pet deposit per pet, pet agreement must be signed)

5) Home sleeps up to 18 guests. Our Maximum Occupancy is 18 guests. Rates based on 10 guests. There is an Extra guest fee of $100 per guest per night for guest 11-18. No additional day visitors/guest permitted. Only registered guest will be permitted access to property.

6) Optional services Not Included: Fee applies and vary, please inquire. *Bedroom bed reconfiguration (We have 3 bedrooms that can be modified to accommodate couples or singles. Bedroom bed set up can be 2 Twin XL Beds or 1 King Bed. By default, the Safari & Hunters Suites both are set up with 2 Twin XL beds. 9). Cancellations: all qualified cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable booking fee: This applies to all payments received and transacted by Dream Home Vacation Rentals payment system.

10). All bookings during Concert dates in April and October, such as Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Trip and Power Trip, etc., are subject to a extreme cancellation policy and a higher deposit will apply. Please inquire before booking these dates.
