Your new home:
Have a seat on our instaworthy, expansive seat ledge in our unique custom saltwater pebble tec circular pool made with you in mind. Stretch out on our sparkling tanning ledge and soak up the rays or use as a docking station for the kiddos and their toys. Enjoy the sound of the spa waterfall cascading into the pool and relax the day away on one of our lounge chairs or move into the shade under the umbrella and enjoy a quick drink on the couch. After rehydrating, get competitive with our bag set, Jumbo Jenga, connect four, or croquet. After that work out, move over to the spa and relax your muscles. When dinner time rolls around grill up your favorites on our Weber Grill and dine Alfresco under our covered lighted patio covering. When night falls turn on the pool and spa lights and enjoy star gazing in the clear desert sky or circle around the gas fire pit and enjoy the conversation with friends and family.

Step inside and check out our brand-new family room complete with a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, gas fireplace and large sectional couch with ottoman. Our sleek modern kitchen checks all the boxes for your stay with all the cookware, bake ware and barware needed to enjoy your retreat as well as a large pantry for all your snacks. Enjoy your culinary creations on our cozy dining table or park yourself on a bar stool at the island and grab a quick snack. Rounding out the first floor is a desk, powder room with toilet and sink and a closet where a twin rollaway can be found.

Head up to the second floor and pick your favorite room! Our primary bedroom features a King bed, luxury linens, full length mirror, and overhead fan. Enjoy the 55-inch Smart Samsung TV or take in the amazing mountain views that can be seen from the balcony. Our primary bathroom features dual vanities, plenty of storage, and a large custom tiled shower for your enjoyment. Finally, this room features a separate toilet room and two separate closets. We also offer a rollaway bed in the primary closet for additional guests if needed. Bedroom number two features a queen bed with luxury linens, overhead fan, and a closet for storage. Just down the hall is bedroom number three featuring a queen bed, luxury linens, personal closet and a view of the back yard and mountains. Bedroom number four
features two twin beds with luxury linens and closet. The hall bath at the end of the home features dual vanity sinks with comfort height counters and ample storage. Our custom tile walk in shower is a great place to freshen up and unwind for the evening.

Lastly all guests may utilize our 2-car garage and driveway. Additional street parking available.

*HOUSE RULES*
1. No loud noise or music can be heard beyond the property line at ANY time. Music is allowed during the DAY as long as the music cannot be heard beyond the property line. (NO music during quiet hours). The booking guest is held responsible for all, and any citations or fines issued from the city of Indio caused from noise violations related to their reservation.
2. Quiet hours is from 9 PM - 8 AM Monday - Thursday and 10 PM - 8 AM Friday - Sunday. * NO music during quiet hours is allowed*
3. No Parties or Events are allowed.
4. No smoking on the interior of the property.
5. Booking age requirement is set at 21 years of age.
6. Maximum guest count of 12 guests on property at all times
7. By booking this property you are agreeing to the booking agreement and all house rules stated above.

8. Pool and Spa heat is available October - March for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. **Pool and Spa heat must be selected for the entire reservation or none at all. ** Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before checking in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note:
The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.

NOISE OUTSIDE OF SHORT TERM RENTAL
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activity that create noise between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The City of Indio’s citation for Noise outside of Short –Term Rental is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to booking guest.

Prime location to Coachella/Polo Club

This was an amazing stay - had all the essentials including grill, floats, lounge area, all the toiletries, TVs in each room, amazing decor. Very clean & thoughtfully laid out. The game room is perfect for all ages! We would 100% stay here again - do yourself a favor and book!
