POOL AND SPA (OPTIONAL):
*Pool and spa heating will have an additional cost. If you would like to have the spa heated it would be an additional cost of $50 per day and if you would like to have the pool heated it would be an additional cost of $85 per day. Please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance and at what time you would like it warm so we are aware and can turn it on.
EARLY CHECK IN/OUT (OPTIONAL):
We do offer the option of early check-in/late check out if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day of your check out. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you check out, late check out wonât be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11:00 am for a fee of $75 instead of checking in at 4:00 pm. For late check out, you would be able to check out at 4:00 pm for a fee of $75 instead of checking out at 11:00 am. Both fees are separate , please let us know if you would like either/or.
PETS:
Pets are welcome but the limit is 2. If you would like to bring more please reach out.
SMOKING:
This is a non-smoking home. You are allowed to smoke outside of the house but by no means is smoking allowed inside the house.
The house has cameras for security purposes. In the front, by the door and on the sides of the house.
