This home is a Self Check-In and I am always available for assistance.

European style gated community with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to INDIO POLO GROUNDS & a short drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Community is gated and governed by HOA. Rules and regulations for all residents, visitors and renters are in place to protect the communities best interest and maintain a pleasant living environment. Please note that community (and city of Indion) has a quiet enjoyment noise ordinance which is in place 24/7, however, strictly enforced during the hours of 10 pm to 8 am. Parking is limited to garage and driveway only. There is not surface street parking. Towing and ticket fines are subject to parking violations.

You will have access to the entire home minus locked maids closets.

NOTES:
1. Booking guest must sign a rental agreement prior to taking occupancy. Must be 25 y/o minimum. Booking guest shall be responsible for property and all guest/occupants during reservation period. Rental Agreement requires that booking guest to provide a valid picture identification card and a credit card, all guest names and all vehicles must be registered. No charges will be administered directly for any cases covered by booking platform policy. Only cases not covered under booking platform policy will be considered chargeable.

3. Pets considered. Must disclose prior to booking reservation or arrival. $177 Pet fee & $500 Pet Deposit will apply per pet. Two pet maximum and pet must be 25 lbs. or smaller. Pet violations will have an automatic fine of $500 per pet or may forfeit security deposit.
4. Max occupancy will be monitored. Fines or evictions may occur for violation of this rule. Rates based on 10 guest. Extra guest fee applies for higher occupancies.
5. Extra fee on outdoor heating services: Pool Heat, Spa Heat , Fire Pit & outdoor fireplace.
6. We reserve the right to enforce a Security deposit> If applied it will be based on number of occupants as follows: $1,000 for 1-5 occ. / $2,000 for 6-10 occ. / $2,500 for 11+ occ. Reservations for dates during the festivals in April & October & any special event booking will have higher deposit requirements as determined.
7. The normal rental rates are limited and based on Ten (10) guests or otherwise noted on property listing. An additional charge per person per night for guests in addition to Ten (10) persons will be assessed. Children of age two (2) and under are dismissed from the occupancy count.
8. Minimum Rental Age – 25 y/o
9. Deliveries during reservation period shall be doorstep deliveries only. There is no mailbox access. Packages delivered to mailbox will not be retrieved.
10. Parking: Maximum number of vehicles permitted is Six (6), with No Exceptions. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners expense and an HOA parking Fine may also apply.
11. Cancellations: all qualified cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable booking fee: This applies to all payments received and transacted by Dream Home Vacation Rentals payment system.

Honestly, the pics don't do it justice. The property itself felt very safe and secure behind gates and back yard was immaculate. Property Manager was easily reached when I had a question about the billing. They really do have a treasure here. We were a group of adults, but my kids would love this place. Very clean too.

We threw a 30th birthday here, it was such a great time! There were a few minor hiccups but the property manager was super easy to get a hold of and resolved any issues promptly. Would definitely rent out again in the future, we all wished we could stay so much longer!

Nice place!

Very nice place. 7 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space. The back yard is awesome. The pool is great! The only issues we had was the fridge dis not get very cold. We brought everything cold in coolers and the fridge never kept everything cold. we had to move all the food back into the coolers. Also I messaged and said we needed the BBQ. The BBQ did not work. We never called to have them fix anything because we didn’t have time and we found work arounds. Everything else was awesome!

The house was clean, comfortable and cool. The pool was excellent. We spent most of our time in the pool. It was very comfortable in 100+ degrees. I appreciated the quick response from property mgmt from my email. Our ages ranged from 4-64, all of us were pleased with this property!

Very good location and super nice neighborhood! Parking was not an issue at all and the house was very big and clean. The host was super helpful and answered all our questions promptly. There are many little shopping centers near by and location has great views. 10/10 recommend

Perfect spot for a large family reunion! We did have a couple issues with the booking process. They use an external site to manage the property/documents so things kept getting sent to my spam therefore, I wasn’t aware there were more documents to sign. They also charge extra for things like heating the pool and the hot tub, which can be easily lost in the fine print and didn’t realize it until after we had gotten to the property. We were able to get it added, but lost a day with no heat for the hot tub. But outside that, the home was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and incredibly spacious for our group!

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property very much. The bedrooms up front with the Jack and Jill bathroom were located nicely for some extra quiet and privacy. Master and other bedrooms were very nice and roomy. Julio was very attentive.

Enjoyable stay

One week stay with total of 9 adult family members and 1 child. Great location for attending bnp paribas tournament. The house, furnishings and appliances were a bit old and tired. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the house and especially the backyard pool and spa. Julio was professional and helpful.

Great for families

Overall the house was lovely, large enough for our family, and well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable (pool towels, kitchen utensils, etc.) The location was convenient. The property manager was responsive and polite when I reached out twice with questions. What I wish were better: learning about fees for additional guests later in the booking process, the payment/contract process, all of the fees for things like the pool heat and outdoor fire pit, and check-in process. We skipped the fire pit because I couldn’t justify or tolerate another fee but did opt for the pool heat (almost $500 for a 4 night stay!) Unfortunately the pool heat was a total bust - we followed the heating instructions but it never got to a swimmable temperature in 60-70 degree February weather. The hot tub heat was fine so we enjoyed our time there. Regarding check in, we were able to get in by 3 but it seems we could have been accommodated earlier since the house was empty for the days prior to our stay and the cleaning crew was not around. I understand some of the cleaning happens the day guests arrive so early check in requests can’t always be accommodated. Lastly, the separate contract and payment process was tedious and I wouldn’t want to go through that hassle again.

Difficult communication with property management

The property was fairly as described but we had numerous issues with the home and the management was unable to fix them. The most egregious and illegal offense was that the home did not have working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. When we took a picture of the empty ceiling mount and sent it to the management we were told that the units were beeping and they could not identify the problem so a few weeks ago they removed all of the smoke detectors and put them in the laundry room cupboard. Unbelievable! When we arrived at the home, the gas was shut off to the exterior of the home and we could not get the pool, hot tub, grill or fire pit to work and we had paid $400 for the use of the fire pit and $800 for the pool! Management was insistent that we were not following the instructions for the mechanicals and did nothing. Since no one was coming to fix this issue we took time from our vacation to investigate and found that the exterior shut off valve was closed. We do not feel the pool and spa fees were properly disclosed to a renter before officially renting the home. The ice maker did not work and when reported the manager he turned it on and water froze all over the interior of the freezer but never made ice. His "fix" was just o turn it back off. The garbage cans on the home's exterior were full and we needed to notify the management so we were not charged for excessive garbage! It was these and other issues that took away from our enjoyment of our vacation. Management outright lied numerous times.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

The property was just as pictures online! It was very clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to management a couple of times for assistance but Julio and his team were super quick to respond. If I could change anything, it would be having to pay extra to heat the pool/spa and use the outdoor fire place and fire pit. We paid for both and only ended up using the spa, so I do feel that that was a complete waste of money. Other than that, I would definitely do business with Julio in the future!

Wonderful home for family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. It is HOT out in Indio this time of year so it was nice to have a home with a great open floor plan, great kitchen and a pool for when we did go outside. Our host was always responsive by text when ever we had a question.

Great Get-Away Property

My friends and I needed an extended week-end to decompress and relax ; and that we did. There were nine of us. The house was large enough that we could spread out, enjoy the house, and enjoy the pool. We had a great time re-connecting and relaxing. Julio was great and responsive to any and all of our questions. We've claimed this house as our get-away house in the desert!

Quiet and comfortable

Comfortable beds, quiet gated community, great pool and large yard , and all the culinary tools. No issues whatsoever. Self checkin was communicated very well and was easy.

Very private resort like backyard

We enjoyed a family vacation with our kids and grandchildren. Backyard is very private and beautiful. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the pool and grass area. House was great And we especially appreciated the high chairs, play pens and baby equipment that were in the house for us.
