I was there almost a whole week and they didn’t want to service my room, I had to literally call 3 times for it to get done. The shower wall was dirty. This will be the last time I stay at a place like this.

Did not like that the rooms had no black put curtains, the bedding was old and damaged, the floor was not cleaned very well, and the hotel was very noisy. Walls and ceilings very thin.

Full kitchen but zero supplies. Bed was comfortable and clean. Great space. No ice machine in the hotel. We were told there is ice trays in the freezer in the room. I don't have time to fill ice trays and wait for it to freeze to use for travel sized water bottles.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the room felt more like a remodeled budget motel than a comfortable suite. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. On my first night, a motion sensor in the room kept triggering the lights while I was trying to sleep. I eventually had to go down to the front desk at 2 a.m. to get assistance shutting it off, which made the experience miserable. Although the room included a kitchenette, it was essentially unusable since no pots, pans, or utensils were provided. This lack of basic amenities added to the frustration and left me feeling that the stay did not meet expectations.
