We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and had a wonderful veranda to sit out on and enjoy the views. Breakfast was by far the best free breakfast I’ve had at any hotel and was in a great location. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay with everything we needed. Had a 3rd floor room directly over the train track but barely heard the train as it was very sound proofed. Excellent and convenient location. Delicious breakfast and a Migros across the street to shop for supplies before our hikes. Would happily stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights, doing day trips every day. This was the perfect place to stay, as it was literally steps from Interlaken West train station. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from. FYI - you have to purchase the breakfast buffet for the entire stay or not at all - no choice to do it part of the time.

Excellent- EXCELLENT! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay here. From warm hospitality upon arrival, yummy and full of variety breakfast, to the clean, comfortable “apartment”. Parking in the garage was easy. Great location within Interlaken. Every interaction with every staff member was great! We highly recommend and would stay again!
